Christian Dior Headquarters

Studio1O designed and managed the construction of Christian Dior Middle East headquarters in Dubai Design District. The 1050 sqm space was the first unit delivered in the d3 building complex and, since then, has become a point of reference for the district. The concept was a fusion of Christian Dior French decoration with industrial touches on an open space environment.

Noor Capital Holding

Studio1O designed and managed the construction of this VVIP office in the 65th floor of Al-Hamra Tower in Kuwait City, KWT. The concept was to create a labyrinth with irregular corridors leading to hidden spaces. Studio1O was also responsible for direct selection and procurement of top Italian furniture pieces. This project has been photographed by Wallpaper* magazine.

GLA Property Management

Tamdeen Group’s sister company GLA is responsible for the management of the group’s retail properties such as 360 Mall in KWT. Studio1O designed and managed the construction of the 3000 sqm office space and now acts as one of the company’s trusted consultants in the region.

Moncler

For the corporate offices in Dubai, Studio1O acted as architectural consultant and construction manager throughout the duration of the project, including design, landlord and authorities submissions, tenders, procurement, construction and project completion.
Studio1O has earned the trust of the brand and is involved in all the Moncler projects in the Middle East as executive architect and architect of record.

For this Luxury Group’s corporate offices in Dubai Design District, Studio1O acted as Architectural Consultant, providing full Project and Construction Management throughout the duration of the project, until the completion of the project.
